No. Old and new systems run side by side until the results match, and cutover support is part of the plan, not an extra.
How long does modernization take?
It depends on the size of the system. Full rebuilds include end-to-end testing and a parallel run before cutover; upgrades take far less. You get a timeline with the assessment.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. The assessment gives you a budget range for each option, from upgrading to rebuilding, before you commit to anything. The assessment itself has a fixed scope and fixed fee, credited toward the build.
