Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of www.integriti.io (the "site"), operated by Integriti Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Integriti", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site describes our services; it doesn't create a contract for them. Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

You may use the site for your own business purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you're not authorized to reach;
• submit false information, or send spam, malware or unlawful content through our forms;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and designs, belong to Integriti or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution.

When you contact us, please send only the information we need to respond. Don't send confidential business information, health or patient information, or other sensitive data through the site; where a project needs such information, we arrange a secure process under a written agreement. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

• Cost estimates. Our cost calculator and any prices or ranges on the site are estimates for planning only. They aren't quotes or offers. Actual pricing depends on your requirements and is set out in a written proposal.
• Case studies and results. Results described on the site reflect specific engagements. Your results will depend on your circumstances.
• General information. Articles, guides and checklists are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation.

The site uses and links to services run by others, including our booking calendar provider, our recruiting provider's careers page, and analytics and advertising services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Integriti won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If you use the site in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from any resulting third-party claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute about the site will be heard in the courts of Ontario, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and the updated terms apply from then on.
